About This Session
Description
Many literacy programs rely on data systems that no longer meet their evolving needs. This session shares how one organization reimagined its intake and program management processes to better capture meaningful data and streamline workflows.
We’ll explore how they evaluated their options, approached implementation, and supported staff through change. One year later, their new approach has strengthened operations and positioned them for greater impact. Attendees will gain practical insights into making thoughtful system changes that support stronger programs and brighter futures.
