The 2023 TexTESOL State Conference will be held in Dallas on:

Saturday, November 4
In a special partnership this year, Literacy Texas is sponsoring a limited number of scholarships to cover registration for this great event. Scholarships have a value of up to $275 and are open to volunteers, instructors, and other staff at adult and family literacy nonprofits.

Attendees can earn up to 6 hours of professional development credit on each day of the conference. So, someone who attends all sessions on both days will earn 12 PD hours.
Note: This year, there are two symposia in the DFW area. This one focuses on ESOL – if you’re looking for ABE/HSE professional development, please click here.
Scholarships are open to volunteers, instructors, and other staff at adult and family literacy nonprofits, and each organization can request up to 3. Each scholarship has a value of up to $275.

You can expect a response within 2 business days. Approved applicants will receive a code to use when registering for the conference on the TexTESOLV website.
