About This Session

As a nonprofit leader, you know that the work you’re doing leads to benefits for people and families in your community. But can you show that to stakeholders?

Using data to drive decisions, communicate impact, and request funding is essential. Join the experts at CNM (Center for Nonprofit Management) to learn how to identify what data is needed and useful (versus just interesting!), how to create a theory of change to communicate results, and plan for successful program evaluation.

Topics that will be covered include:

  • Creating a theory of change;
  • Making an evaluation plan;
  • Creating/updating and using a logic model; and
  • Setting meaningful program goals and indicators that communicate results.
