About This Session
Description
Group Chat IRL (In Real Life) sessions bring small groups together for guided conversation. This session is for anyone in leadership at their organization – gather for some real talk about the trials, tribulations, and joys of literacy leadership.
What we'll cover:
Leadership is difficult! And leadership in nonprofits can be especially so. It can be difficult to find peers and hard to know where to turn with hard questions or for innovative ideas.
Gather with other literacy leaders around a table for some group chat – facilitators will guide the discussion with some on-topic questions, but they’ll do so with a light hand. So bring your own questions and topics of current interest to you, and join the conversation!
This session is for those in director and CEO roles in their organization.
