Learn about the Texas AEL Family Content Standards and discuss how a lesson plan incorporates several specific content standards and provides differentiated activities for adult learners.

Would you like to help foster a love for family learning that will last a lifetime for students?
This session will introduce and explain the Texas AEL Parent/Family Content Standards and discuss how one lesson plan integrates several content standards while providing differentiated activities for adult learners. Participants will interact with and experience the standards-based family literacy lesson plan and discuss ways to adapt it to fit their students’ needs.
Participants will receive the ready-to-use family literacy lesson plan to use immediately during instruction!
