Building Capacity in Adult Literacy Programs
Thousands of volunteers provide quality instruction to adult learners every year in this country, participating in well-run programs, and offering essential services in their communities. However, volunteer literacy programs, like other nonprofits, often operate “on the edge”, with constant threats to program continuity.
