Program Evaluation: The Why and the How
How do we know if programs achieve their intended goals?
Program evaluation combines goal-setting, planning, information gathering and analysis, communication, and decision-making to determine impact, convey value, and make decisions to improve programs for the people we aim to serve.
After this session you will leave with a strong understanding of why evaluations are important, how to conduct an evaluation within your program, and how to use data.
