Summary

From intake to graduation, we will examine best practices for developing an environment rooted in student success. Small, intentional efforts in creating culture can mean big returns in student recruitment, retention, and completion rates for your programs.

You will have time to reflect on your own organizational culture and create an action plan that you can take home and implement right away.  

What we'll cover:

We will define organizational culture and learn research-based implications of culture development.

We will also learn about practical ways to begin building an organizational culture that supports a positive student experience.

Attendees will leave with a plan to put ideas into action.
