This case study will explore the Books Beginning at Birth (B3) Program’s effective strategies in home-based family literacy and its significant progress within Texas. We’ll discuss how B3 has successfully enrolled over 20,000 families in a five-year family literacy program with print and digital resources and weekly contacts.
