This workshop is an overview designed to equip those who are new to the job of directing a literacy program. Fund raising, volunteer recruitment and retention, board management, budget planning, and much more is packed into a two day session led by present and past program directors with more than 45 years experience. Participants earn a certificate of completion and leave with a notebook of resource materials.
