TEA - Texas Education Agency-the state organization providing funding, standards, and

Texas LEARNS - The Texas Adult Education and Family Literacy Partnership
(housed in the
Harris County Department of Education) provides non-discretionary grant management functions,
program assistance and other statewide support services through the

GREAT Centers - Getting Results Educating Adults in Texas - funded through Federal, TEA and Texas Learns dollars--provides professional development through eight Project GREAT centers,
