Literacy Texas assists its members in:
- Accessing quality training for tutors, trainers and
administrators by providing conferences and/or reimbursement for
training expenses
- Acquiring National Accreditation through ProLiteracy America
- Developing partnerships and collaborations
- Connecting with other literacy providers and services
- Gaining knowledge of the issues facing the field of literacy

Literacy Texas!
To become a member of Literacy Texas click on the Membership Application
Form and fill it out.
In an effort to network and support all literacy providers who use volunteers from
anywhere across Texas, Literacy Texas has discontinued the
$50 membership fee. Membership is now complimentary.
All that is required to join the association and to begin receiving
all the benefits is to send the following information:
