We are proud to offer workshops that will provide new ideas to implement into your literacy programs and opportunities to make new connections that will continue to lead you on your path to success.  There will be workshops supporting programs for family literacy, adult learners, ESL/ABE/GED, workforce preparedness, libraries, volunteer instructors and tutors, Faith-Based, health and financial literacy, citizenship, and more.

Attendees will find opportunities that benefit executive directors, program managers, librarians, instructors, tutors, volunteers, board members, and others. Workshops and breakouts are presented by experts in the field, community members, and volunteers.

Nominate Your Star Volunteer & Adult Learner
Literacy Texas invites literacy providers across the state to nominate an adult learner and a volunteer in your organization who deserves special recognition at the state level because of his or her outstanding accomplishments and efforts. Awards will be presented at the Literacy Texas 2012 Annual Conference in Austin, Texas. To nominate an adult learner please download the Adult Learner of the Year Award application. To nominate a volunteer, please download the Volunteer of the Year Award application. Deadline is May 24th.
